Hi evryone,
I have been visiting these boards and watching the progress of UV for over a year now. In that time it has undergone some significant changes and is now looking and sounding great. So much so that I have decided to join in the discussions
Naval wargames have always interested me from early days with SSI,s Warship to Action Stations,Pacwar the GNB series and Fighting steel etc. I have spent many an hour (too many my wife would say ) searching for enemy flattops in Pacwar. This game sounds like it captures the suspense and uncertainty of the period very well
Its a pity the Beta was only in the USA which brings me to my point. Will I be able to purchase the product direct from Matrix? The download sounds quite big at 500 Mb although not a huge problem as i have ISDN, direct purchase would be easier.
Regards
Phil

We do have international beta testers that have broardband access. As for buying the game, I think Matrix has arranged for a European warehousing of the game so you should be able to buy direct from them.

Hi Phil

We currently have a few overseas dealers that will keep the shipping lower and allow you to get the game fast. More details will be available as we go along.
