Was wondering if there our other comp games similiar to this .That we can change things and do uniform graphics and such with .

NHL 2002 is the easiest one
Plus the NHL series you can but you have to be a bit better at Computer skills than what you can do with this

Electronic Arts NBA Live series allows you to modify or make new uniforms, modify the courts and modify or add portraits for the players. You need to use some tools and editors to convert file formats. Some patchers have made European League, Aussie League, and International Teams patches.
EA's MVP Baseball series allows you to modify ballparks, player's faces and headshapes, player's portraits, uniforms and rosters. You can even modify the gameplay by editing a specific file.
EA's FIFA Soccer series also allows you to modify rosters, artwork, players, teams and uniforms and the gameplay.
Racing games like NASCAR Racing 2003 Season, rFactor, F1 Challenge series, GPL and GTR allow users to create new vehicle shapes and tracks. Many templates have been created so you can paint your own car.

Just about any game is able to be edited on some level, I have alot of expeirience with the FIFA,NHL, and NASCAR titles from EA, all of them are pretty easy to work with.
