By far the largest one is www.nir-project.com

Also try to find through some search engine Greg Gorsuch's "Battlefield Eylau" and "Battlefield Pultusk" - I believe the first new maps created for Battlegrounds. The site which featured these went down many years ago, but there were some very interesting discussions about the game engine, especially one about the artillery ammunition levels, which I store on one of my backup CDs.
The files are still available for download somewhere, but Battleground "stuff" is not easy to find - HPS games have taken their place in the community.

Nice site;
Sadly, the Chancellorsville map included there is very, very inaccurate. Also the OOB is strange - D.H. Hill at the head of his division instead of Rodes, the whole Colston's Division is missing (therefore no Stonewall Brigade...)

I had not looked into it yet, that one. I was fooling around with their Fredricksburg. [:)] I really need a bigger hard drive on my machine.

Though furthermore I assume they pulled their info from here or somewhere similar:

I can see the whole DH Hill and RE Rodes thing due to changes in command. But I am puzzled by Colston. Did you check all scenarios?? I'll see if I can get an answer from the folks there.

Well, the battleground .oob file does not include the Colston's Division (ie. Trimble's Division commanded by Colston).
The map is very inaccurate - Chancellorsville is not really a clearing in the Wilderness. Hazel Grove does not give any tactical advantage whatsoever, and the banks of the Rappahannock and Rapidan are barren as if cleared by some giant machine.
In the scenario i tried, the initial deployment does not match any moment in the real battle.
All in all, it's a disappointment. And Chancellorsville is my favourite CW battle :-(
I would recommend reading "Chancellorsville" by S. W. Sears. And checking the maps included there. Or maybe Vol 2 of "Lee's Lieutenants" by D. S. Freeman.

Here two interesting (I hope) links:

The ACW Game Club, to find opponents for your PBEM games
http://www.wargame.ch/wc/acw/ACWmainpage.htm

The ACW Cartography Office, which provides a large collections of add-on's for the ACW Battleground games
http://www.acwgc.org/acwco/

Like many of you seem to know, some of the games at the ACWCO need to be updated and corrected, and as a member of the ACWCO I can say that right now we are attempting a general update of the games provided in the site; I'll be very grateful if the players interested may help with their suggestions and feelings.

That site's Pea Ridge game is also off, the map ain't too bad, but the order of battle is totally wrong as are starting positions.
