WIR Memory Problems

For everyone having problems with memory problems with the new version of WIR, I would suggest at least checking the following. Do you have autoexec.bat and config.sys files? If so, are you loading anything through them? These are not required files for Windows 95/98 and can be removed without effecting Windows, but it could effect something else.
WIR uses the first 640K of memory, which should be available through Windows no matter what you are doing in Windows itself, unless you have all you memory tied up, which is doubtful or you would have problems with other programs. However, if something is getting loaded from the autoexec or config into the first 640 that might be what is limiting your memory and causing memory problems. If you do have these files and don't what the different commands mean, go ahead and post it here and maybe someone can help.
Just an idea but I think this is the best route to take.
