My Problem is the secure PBEM game.I was really happy to hear that now the turns are password protected.So i started a game against a friend. The problems in turn two.

1: absolutely no troops in RKGV
2: No rail points,so i couldn´t move troops or factorys.
3: New installed HQ´s had no OP´s in the next turn (at 50% supply level)

Some of my troops had a readiness of 0-8% in turn two(in a supplied hex)

All this just happened only in secure PBEM,
in normal PBEM and against computer i don´t had these trouble.
