Stuck - enemy nowhere to be found

I've encountered a sticky situation that is probably a bug.
I played with a squad and AI ally against an AI team, on a random huge terran map. Tonnage balance was slanted all the way in my favor, and the squad was just 80t. So tonnage was 80t + 240t vs 160t.
We found two enemy Recon mecha, and Team 3 quickly eliminated them, with a little help from me. But thousands of seconds later, both my titans and Team 3 have been ranging all over the map, with no sign of the remaining 80t of enemy. Several times, my Will-o-wisp has gone to jumplevel 2 above various mountains to search, to no avail.
I suppose there might be a titan lying prone hidden in the woods somewhere. However, I wonder if the missing titans might have been held back for an airdrop, which is not happening for some reason. Those first titans went down fairly quickly -- perhaps the AI only considers a drop when choosing it's move.
I have "savescum" copies of my squadfiles, so I don't need to have this game "salvaged". But if anyone wants to look at it, I've made it available via FTP:
Save file (zipped)
