Brace yourself, newbie with a roster ?

I love baseball and I LOVE baseball sims. I am very interested in the PureSim Baseball 7 but I need to know what the chances of finding an updated 2006 roster is. I am not looking for up to the minute, just maybe the start of the 06 season and I could update from there. Is there anything out there?
