Ok, I bought this game back in Sep 2005. Since then, my hard drive crashed and I lost everything. I went to members area and downloaded the game again, requested my serial numbers, and re installed the game. However, when I start the game, it says there is a probelm with my serial number!

How can I get this resolved?

You might try contracting the Matrix support by e-mail, or try posting this on the general help forum from the main forum list. I don't have anything to do with the downloads or the reissuance of serial numbers, so I'm afraid I can't be of much help in this area.
