I downloaded the game last night but now that I have the serial number, I cant locate it on my computer. Can anyone give me a hand in finding the name of the file? Sorry for being so ignorant...

Thanks Sovereignstar...I tried putting it in a search field but it came up no matches. I know I have it because I doubleclicked the little icon last night and got as far as the serial number. Then I had to stop because I didnt have it. Now I cant locate that icon.

One thing that you might try:
Go to a website where there is something to download. My computer always defaults to the download place where I last downloaded something. See if your puresim file is there.

If you need to do a search again the file is: PureSim2007-SetupRelease-v100DR.zip
Edit: You're looking for the install file, correct.. because you cancelled the install yesterday due to not having a serial?

Yes....I never completed it, because I didnt have a serial number. So I am looking for an install file.

I tried that one too and there were no matches. Is it possible that it isnt on my computer anymore?

Very possible, if you chose the file to open automatically and not "Save to disk". You might need to re-download the file, which it looks like you can do from the page where you can view the order.

If you deleted it, yes.
You might want to re-download it instead of wasting your time locating it. You can re-download the file through this site.

I just called customer service again, and what they didn't tell me the first time was that I had to put hyphens between each set of four digits. Installation is now occurring
