Are odd week seasons possible

I noticed that when a league is set up it seems that only season with a even number of weeks are allowed. But using the game league utilites it seems that odd number of week seasons can be used. I would like to set up a college league with 4 divisions of 12 teams each. Then have them play an 11 week schedule, play each team in the division, then have the playoffs

I wanted to do the same to some degree. My league is the SEC with its 12 teams and 2 divisions. In addition I wanted each team to play each other just once. I could not get the game to set up such a schedule because it wants to schedule 2 games between division teams. To resolve this I edited the database manually. However, I could not come up with a way to have each team play each other in 11 weeks. What I did was to set up a 12 week schedule with each team having an open week.
I simmed this schedule after making a copy of my league database. All seemed to work fine with the one game play off. Of course since the sim does not work right the score of all games after the 4th week was 0-0.
The moral of this story is that it might not matter if an odd number week schedule is possible as if you want one game with each conferance team, as I did it might not be workable.

My other thought was to have 13 teams per division with a 13 week season, hoping that each team would play each team in their division once for a total of 12 games for each team. But that would mean that one team would have a bye each week

Well, as I have said in the past, most leagues try have Even amount of teams. Odd number schedules with Odd number of teams are possible, but are quite restrictive compared to Even amount of teams.

An odd number of teams require an odd number of games. There is no other way to make sure that all teams have an equal number of games, because at least one bye game is required each weak.
