Wrong Political Value?

I'm playing the French but noticed on the political values that Britain gets a -3 for holding Egypt - can't be right surely?[&:]
No, I think it is a mistake. I have changed it to +3 on my version.
I think the latest patch fixes this, but it gets over-ridden by the 'other' patch I applied, which gives me all the named units and so on.
