Dead Ball era Pitcher endurance

Is there a way to tweak usage of relievers for Deadball era leagues. All the stats for the time period look real good, with the exception of Complete Games, the leader had only 7 and of course this leads to a vast reduction in the decisions for Pitcher in this era. Any help would be appreciated.
