Some minor things:
 
1. The ability to hand of to and from all eligible offensive positions in order to create end around and reverse plays.
 
2. The ability to jam a receiver at the line.
 
3. The ability of defensive linemen to drop back into zone coverage.
 
4. The ability to replace the national flag with a league flag.

I guess my thread was posted in the wrong area, as no one backed me up on any of this.
