Do any of you mess with the German production? For example, do you turn the PzII factory in to a PzII factory? How about 110's into BF-109s?

Also, do old IIIg's turn into IIIh's?

Yes, a lot of us have done and continue to do this. I guess we're all control freaks. Doing this though means you'll have to micromanage all production from then on. After a few games, I stopped this and just made minor changes here and there like switching a few Bf109 factories to Fw-190. Seeing the Germans making only Fw-190 planes and Pz-IIIh tanks and the Soviets producing only T34 tanks and Yak fighters just blows the "realism" factor all to hell.

Also, do old IIIg's turn into IIIh's?

Not sure what you mean. There are no factories for Pz-IIIg tanks, and as far as I know Pz-IIIg tanks don't get refitted to something else in the pool.

I think that after a period of time all of the old III and IV tanks in the pool get upgraded to the most modern versions. You will suddenly start seeing large pool increases in the highest version of III and IV in 1943.

Tom's right, I just checked. All older Pz-III tanks will begin converting to Pz-IIIm in '43. Sorry about that.
