Enemy unit info

What does mean "cv 9 div ?" on the enemy unit display while its real cv is 228, it consists of 6 divisions and has entrenchment value of 5.
The 9 div ? is the estimated number (due to fog of war) of enemy divisions in the unit. It isn't working quite right in my mind, as you know there can't be more than 8 sub-units in a corps/army anyway.Originally posted by Mist:
