The computer where I'm staying isn't mine. If I opt for digital download immediately (like I'm dying to!!!) How would I go about transferring the game to my own comp later on, btw there's no cd burner prog on this comp.

Erik may correct me on this, but from my understanding, what you should do is this:
1. Download the installer package, and get your serial number for activation. Record and keep this number.
2. Install the game on your friend's computer.
3. Enjoy and play.
4. Leave the installer package on your friend's computer.
5. When you can bring your two computers into contact with each other (e.g., networked, direct connection, you or he springs for a cd burner) then transfer the installer package to your computer by the above means, and uninstall TOAW III, and delete the installer package from his computer.
6. Repeat steps 2, and 3.

You can always go to Digital River and redownload your order onto the correct computer.

Digital River

Be sure to keep your e-mail order confirmation and order # though.

You WILL be deleting the original installation before leaving... right?

Okimaw,

If your normal computer has an internet connection, I would recommend you purchase and download to where you are and when you are done there, save ALL your order info and receipt, then uninstall and delete the installer as well. When you get home, go to www.findmyorder.com and re-download the installer to your home computer.

Note that it's crucial in this method to keep all your order info from your receipt. Normally, I would never recommend deleting the installer - we recommend backing it up! But this seems to be a special case. Note that our license would allow this, as long as you delete it entirely from the computer that isn't yours before installing it on your own.

Regards,

- Erik

Thank you very much I plan to be on this comp for a couple of months so I don't think I can wait till I get back on a machine of my own.
