Apologies if this is documented somewhere, btu I figured rather than spend my working day trying to find it, I thought I'd get some nice Matrix person to answer me...

Are there any Campaigns in TOAWIII? By that I mean linked scenarios where forces carry over?

This question has come up a lot in every version of TOAW, as I recall. There are scenarios that model the entire war on the Eastern Front or Western Front from start to finish, but since they are not "linked scenarios", we'd have to say no. Personally, I consider some of the large scenarios to be, without a doubt, "campaigns".

Full, and still going to be played in COW for some time, but it indicates that one can run a TOAW campaign using pen & paper rules if one feels like it.
