Assertion Failed Error

I've hit an error that had been vexing me.
Whenever I try to sim through my team's game, I keep getting this error:
If I try to manage the game myself, I get "Unexpected Error 91".
I was originally playing with 1.10 when I started getting this, but I upgraded to 1.15 when I saw that it might be fixed. Unfortunately, it did not fix this particular issue. Any ideas or suggestions?
