Mellow Greetings Judge Dredd:

Since I was one of the beta testers I was offered a free copy of TOAW III and one other Matrix Game title ( I believe ) and the only one I wanted was TOAW III.  I don't play anything else now-a-days and nothing else compares to TOAW.  It's that good.

Start typing those numbers, Judge. It's smooth sailing, and there are soooooooo many scenarios to pick from.

What amount of turns can be expected from a scenario? I.e, I've seen a screenshot showing scenario's covering the landings at Normandy - can you have a scenario that covers the advance into France as well? Can scenario's be as big as, say, Barbarossa?

Finally, what sort of scale can be simulated - are we talking about anything from squad to division?

That's most of my random questions covered! [:)]

Scale goes from platoon upward... And I mean all the way to corps and beyond.

And yes, there are huge scenarios. D-Day to VE-Day, Barbarossa, Case Blue, the war in the Med... It's all there!

Answer to all your question is yes [;)]

Scale is Platoon to Army, 2.5km to 50km per hex, some scens are really short, others are beyond sanity,
probably one of the biggest scenario is FitE, 3800+counters, 300x300 map, 405 turns at 10km/hex

There are several separate Barbarossa scenarios, as well as other big battles, like Case Blue, Kursk, and Bagration. If you're looking for the big, monster East Front scenario, it's Fire in the East, also included, covering everything from 1941 forward.
