Possible Gaming problems?

I'm not sure if this is a problem in the game but the Russina attacks during the blizzard conditions in '41 are amazing! My units are above 80% readiness yet the disruption is always above 100 and at times reaching 800. Thus, most units attacked shatter. In one turn 5 Korps were wiped out. I played the orginal WIR and this never happened. Is this a glich? What I find odd is that one Korps that did manage to retreat--having only been recived disruption at 180 was not that "badly damaged" All division had strengths above 150 from the 220s. Other units that shattered were stronger. Is there anyway I can tweek this?
