Probably anonther stupid question but what the heck.

I've made peace with France (15 months to go on it) and a Royal Marriage but have signed no crossing agreement with her.

I have a crossing agreement with Russia who is at war with France.

However; both seem to feel that Austrian territory is the battleground of choise.

All over Austria there are French corps, single units and officers.

Now, someone said somewhere in a thread, that a nation loses "Glory" when it violates a majors territory.

I checked France's glory sheet and she is suffering no such penalty.

OR

Do I have to formally protest for her to suffer a glory loss?

The only reason I am concerned is that, when the "Enforced Peace"
(<--enforced by whom? <-the United Nations! cough cough!)
is over.

Can France declare war on me when she has troops in my country on illegal transit? [&:]

There's no glory penalty for violating territory, but it does lower the attitude of the nation whose territory you're violating and it is a casus belli.
