Stock 1944 scen Csatahajos (a) vs Ursa (j)

by Ursa MAior
Upon the request of my long time and worthy opponent I accapted his request to play a late war scen. Since none of my games got past 1/43 till now (neither UV nor WitP) I am very curious. I was always a recklessly offensive player will have to learn how to defend too. Well it looks like a big challenge.
House rules
No uberCAP.
I think that's all. We know each other well so no other were needed. With PDU on it is not completely historical what-if, but csatahajos said he can live with it.
More to follow.

UrsaMAior;
Would you please define uber CAP as a number (I'm a numbers kind of guy[:D]) and I am curious.

We agreed on 60% CAP for everything. BTW Am I allowed to peek in here and my comments then or shall we keep it separate topics?
Cheers,

Yes you are. No need for another topic. I wont post my secret plans here anyway. But who knows, desinformation was part of the wars since the very beginnings.

Will try to add screenshots as well [:'(] after all this is not really a secret super-strategy game, but a good test for us in a later setting. WHat struck me first is the marked difference in unit numbers for the allies. So compared to a 1942 scen the leap is as big as was from UV to WitP...

Cry havoc let slip the ships of war!
Wonder where are the CVs. No sign of serious (ie BIG) task forces. Apart from bombing an insignificant base, the allied fleet is non-existent.

Somehow my cruiser force got distracted and the enemy took the opportunity to inflict some damage. Even though my crusiers got lucky and only one hit was achived with moderate damago to HMAS Australia.
