I ordered COTA on June 8 and successfully downloaded. I did a print of the download screen w/ the serial number. However, on other Matrix downloaded games I also received an email confirmation. I have not received this email confirmation w/COTA. Has the process changed?

Nope, nothing changed. It may have landed in your SPAM folder or you did a typo when putting in the email adress.

Ok...thx for info. Checked the link and everything looks good including my email address. Likely a SPAM block.
