Some supply questions

First of, great game guys I am hooked already.
Secondly some supply questions:
1. If a "turn" consists of several "sub-truns" (depending on the amount of movement used beofre initiating combat etc, etc...) do units receive supply every sub-turn or only each turn?

2. In the Fire in the East scenario the Axis player has 3 supply markers available which have a supply radius of 4. Am I correct in assuming they will exert a maximum supply value (as per scenario) for the radius of 4 hexes regardless whther the hex they are located in is in maximum supply or not? Also, will these markers lose this capability (i.e. reduce in supply level) if they do so? For example I have one marker which is actually on a very low supply hex and its supply level is reduced to 80% while another, which is on a reasonabel supplied hex is still at 100%. If this is not the case, what is the difference between them?
Generally speaking, how are these markers best used?

3. Again in the Fire in the East scenario where all German formations are cooperative, can other HQ's (besides the parent HQ) provide the 50% supply bonus. For example can a corps/Army or army group HQ provide this bonus?

4. Can units which are attached to Corps or armies receive this bonus from divisional HQ's?

5. Is there a way to re-attach units to other division or Corps/Army etc.. HQ's? If not are there plans to provide this functionality in the future?

Thanks!

We haven't locked down the features for the next version yet. That's been a popular request, especially for the longer scenarios.

Once we get into the details of the features that we're going to have in the next release, I'll take a closer look at it.

Only at the beginning of each turn.
2. In the Fire in the East scenario the Axis player has 3 supply markers available which have a supply radius of 4. Am I correct in assuming they will exert a maximum supply value (as per scenario) for the radius of 4 hexes regardless whther the hex they are located in is in maximum supply or not?

Not quite. If the supply unit is in supply at the start of the turn, then all hexes within the supply radius (the 4 hex range you mention) will have their supply boosted by one level. Usually this means they will get an additional 1/4 of the force supply level. Hexes which are already receiving full supply will not be affected.
Also, will these markers lose this capability (i.e. reduce in supply level) if they do so? For example I have one marker which is actually on a very low supply hex and its supply level is reduced to 80% while another, which is on a reasonabel supplied hex is still at 100%. These units always have the same effect regardless of their composition, supply level etc. The only things that affect their performance are whether they are able to draw supply at the start of the turn and the length of the force supply radius.
Generally speaking, how are these markers best used?

Following a major attack which does not have the support of a fully repaired railroad.
3. Again in the Fire in the East scenario where all German formations are cooperative, can other HQ's (besides the parent HQ) provide the 50% supply bonus. For example can a corps/Army or army group HQ provide this bonus?

Any co-operative HQ will provide this bonus.
5. Is there a way to re-attach units to other division or Corps/Army etc.. HQ's? If not are there plans to provide this functionality in the future?

No, and I hope so.

One problem with this would be moving all the units in bad formations to good ones.

There would naturally have to be a limit to the number of units which could be under each HQ without a penalty- for example an added chance of going into reorganisation each turn.

Don't know if that would work. A lot of formations only have a few units, plenty of slots available for the Italians or German border regiments. Perhaps what would be needed is a toggle that could be used to "lock" a formation and not allow transfers.

You could just define some units as organic to the formation. Naturally I was thinking that the number of units under each HQ could be set individually by the designer.
