Aircraft ready times

Does ANW support the variable aircraft ready times or does it still use the vanilla 30 min. times?
Also, where is the database editor? I can't find it or any type of readme file for changes. I did find the manual for the database editor, but no editor itself.

Was that noted someplace that the editor was not included or will the access-based editor be compatible with ANW?
Also, what about the variable ready times?

The Custom Ready Times are supported by the Harpoon 3 executable by default, but are actually implemented on the database level. So, if a particular database does not have CRT values for the aircraft, the game defaults to the old 30-min values. If OTOH the Db does have CRT values the game uses them.
