Update files and PBEM

Hi,
I have a few questions:
1. Is the Update file for version 2.1 inclusive of changes made in version 2.0?
2. Is the game manual provided with version 3.0 unchanged in comparison with the original SSI WIR edition manual?
3. Can I use the PBEM v1094 aid on the DOS version of the game?
