export/import from clipboard of units can be used only for update existing units in the list or to create new ones ?

Exporting units from a scenario into a new one (no units in) alwayes gave me error:

- force(s) were skipped due to unknown object ID's (bad obj IDs=41, 47, 52).


The export utility to xml cause a runtime error

You can't add any new units to an exported file and then import them in. You can edit the value fields and unit descriptions all you want in the spreadsheet, but even changing the order of the unit in the spreadsheet columns will cause an error.

Adding units to your OOB can only be done within the scenario editor.

As I understand it, we will be offering an excel tool to enable ease of editing in a week or so.
