Swedish 50th infantry surrenders to Spain [:D]
Swedish 49th cavalry surrenders to Spain [:D]
Swedish 48th infantry surrenders to Spain [:D]
Swedish 56th infantry surrenders to Spain [:D]

Spain wins a small battle against Sweden in Lombardy
Total casualties. 6437. Spanish casualties 551.
(Glory 1) [X(]

GLORY ONE ?!!!!?

Referee I protest this ruling.

Parading long columns of be-ragged prisoners though the streets of your capital. Is a lot better for national morale than abstract figures (usually lies) of enemy casualties.

Ask the Russians, they did this in Moscow, after Stalingrad.

Really though. This was a battle of about 100,000 versus 100,000.

POW to casualties as a plus Glory + modifier should be as 10 to 1.

IMHO

Grumble, Grumble

I do agree that you should receive more glory when capturing complete units, OR, when capturing the enemies Eagle/Banner.
In Napoleanic times the capturing of a Equal or higher rated units Eagle/Banner was somethign similar to winning the world cup for that Unit.
Similar, losing your Eagle/Banner to the enemy was a permanent and dirty stain on any units reputation.
If you captured a Guard Eagle from the French, you where a superstar, your Unit would be known throughout the army.
