Boxed Copies Now Available!

Hi everyone,

I'm pleased to report that boxed copies of Harpoon 3 Advanced Naval Warfare are now available in our store. Boxed copy options (Physical + Digital and Physical Only) cost $10 US more than the Digital Download Only price. Unfortunately, there is no "upgrade" to the physical options from the digital download only. The boxed copy itself is a full color printed DVD box with an included full color printed CD that is personalized with your Order # and Serial # (so that you won't lose them).

Also, since we get this question a lot - all versions include a searchable PDF manual.

For those using the discount coupon, please note that the boxed copies can only be shipped from the US at this time due to the logistics of the discount program. If you do not want to pay for shipping from the US, then the digital download is your best option.

I got the digital download, but I saw that for $10, I could get a Backup CD. Is this the same as the boxed version, or something else? If it's different, can I get the box version with out paying full price again?

No, it's not the same - that's a service Digital River offers independent from us and I believe it's just a plain backup CD. The full printed "game on demand" boxed copies cannot be added on to an existing order, unfortunately. We have tried to get that to happen but there are a lot of remaining hurdles in getting the store to work that way.

I ordered my copy of Harpoon III through NWS, they are telling me they are having problems getting box versions of Matrix games!

I do wish I could get a box version upgrades for my existing Matrix games like WITP![:D] So I hope Matrix continues to work on this issue.
