In a number of battles reinforcements failed to appear. Message "ERROR: reinforcements unable to arrive at Hex 0,12". Hex was clear of activity. No reinforcement flags on map. Started at Bogeyman Hill and next three scenarios, playing solitaire against computer, various types of reinforcements. Understanding that sometimes help just won't arrive, I wonder if this is a problem with campaign? Units were on my roster for the next battle. No problems when reinforcement flags on map. Also curious about reinforcement budget: If no reinforcements used in battle, does budget carry over?
