Blitz Franchise Football League

It has pretty much the same rules as the UIFL. You create a player (all teams are full), and you do such things as Interviews, Articles, and a new feature in NFL and NCAA discussion, and you receive points for them to upgrade your player to make him better.
Check out the forum, and the site. The league is in its very early stages.
