ASW max 6 Ships
China , Commonwealt , France , and USA are at war with Japan
Netherlands are Neutral and if Japan wants to attack DEI it must notifie the Allies
7 days before attacking. Allied ships may refuel In DEI but may not operate from it.

Auto Sub ops "off"
Historical 1st turn on

If you're still looking I'm willing to give it a shot. I've played WitP quite a bit but have little experience with WPO. However, I'm a quick study, and I lose graciously.
