Combat analyser wrong for subs?

I attack North Pacific 3 with 2 carrier fleets & air groups plus 2 light fleets against 2 sub units, combat analyser gives me a 100% chance of winning, but I never do. I have replayed many times, but never win.
What is going on?

You are right, don't ever believe the combat analyzer when it comes to attacking subs. It may say 100%, but that number only means the chance that your forces have of making the enemy forces retreat. Since subs never retreat, that number doesn't apply. [:-]

Panzer is right, the sucess rate only implies to you occuping the zone, in which you always can, when subs are concerned. Refer to the combat results, and remember each point recomended, is a hit, not the of a destruction of a unit. Thus if there are 2 subs, a 2.0+ may damage them both, a 4.0+ may destroy them both. And remember the word may...lol

Thanks for the info.
If it's giving incorrect info, should the problem not be fixed?
