Patch for WIR 3.0 (update)

Probably you already know this, but...
I've seen a rather interesting patch for WIR 3.0 at
"http://wir3.thegamers.net/wir3/whatsnew.html".
In it the initial OOB is totally changed, the production much reduced, and many other variants have been introduced (I don't say if better or worse).
I've not yet tested it, but it's a possible solution to what seems to me a overproduction for both sides: I find that losses of Stalingrad magnitude barely annoy the German, I say, if I reach Spring '42 having lost only a PZ korp and a couple of infantry korps I call it a great victory!
Anyway may be worth a look.
What do you think about it (if you have seen it, of course)?

I cannot get the site to open, and I believe the Gamers Net is shut down, so it is probably unavailable now. I never saw this scenario or played it, so I can't comment on it. If you would like to send it to me, I would enjoy looking it over. Thanks for mentioning it.
