How come when I click on patch nothing happens? Just downloaded game and patch will not download.

Where are you clicking "Patch".
 
Just find the 1.18 thread in the main forum and click the link to the patch and you should download a new file to run.

For some reason patch would not download , then hours later the link worked its cool now.
