3 Minor things - probably not new

1. My diplomats are always reported as 'Falied to cause a coup', even when they actually succeed.
2. You shouldn't disband artillery with low numbers. It is silly to be trying to NOT kill gunners when capturing artillery...it is the guns I need, not the gunners.
3. Armies on loan don't go back to originator at end of period (I've read about this before). Horrible bug really.
