Improvements on the new version?

Can Ricky or someone tell me whats gonna be new in the latest version. Ive heard about the extra rail-conversion. What else?

Entrenchments lesses losses for the defender from the assault phase.
Experience level changes; in particular the Soviets gain experience more slowly in 1941.
Slightly higher Axis replacement rate in 1941 to be balanced by possible changes to city loyalties.
There are other minor or cosmetic changes, but these are the highlights. I think it makes it a little too easy for the Axis now, but am still testing it to see.
