If you start a PBEM game, saves it, do an Alt-X, restart and load the saved game, you will get a new round of production, supply, railconversion, etc etc... You can also move around units / create new ones, and then restart and be able to move them again and even plot the newly created ones.
I would like to be able to save the game in the middle of a turn and return to it later, but this kinda spoils it, or shall I do it some other way?
