Target crosshairs

I have just returned to HTTR after a long absence and am very much enjoying the the experience.
But there is one very small issue I would welcome some help with----The Artillery targetting crosshair is black and this is very difficult to place over a unit and see during night time operations----has there been any graphics mod to change the colour of the crosshairs --or are there any other suggestions which might solve the night-time crosshair visibility problem.
Thanks for any help with this

I know I raised this at some point when beta testing (and I think some improvements where made in COTA's cursor orders). Nothing for HTTR though. Try targetting a fort with a bombard order.
Here is a possible work around (haven't tried this):
(1) Pause.
(2)
ombard someplace you can see.
(3) Use the mouse to move the order (I believe it gives you a light blue highlight) to something that gets lost with the background.
Let me know if that works.

MarkShot--Many thanks for passing on the "workaround"---it does actually work but the whole procedure of pausing game -- trial targetting--moving cursor- unpausing and repeating the process for all artillery targetting is very cumbersome and really interrupts the "flow" of orders and game play.
I appreciate the help and though it does work--- if a mod based on the COTA cursor could be developed and installed in the HTTR game files this would be extremely welcome and would much improve the gameplay and flow in HTTR.
Many thanks

pcelt,
I forget exactly how we modded the cursors for COTA. But I will ask young Dan to have a look next week. If it's just a case of changing a graphics file, then I'll see if we can provide an update. No promisses though.
TT2976 - HTTR - UI - Bombard Cursor - See if this can be updated to use COTA Bombard cursor

Arjuna --Many thanks for considering this possibility. I certainly accept the "no promises" reservation but if it were possible to update this cursor, you would be making an old mans eyes very happy..... and I might even be able to begin to shell that disdainful smile off the faces of the overconfident enemy soldiery at night......
