WIRExcelEdit update is available

Rich Dionne's Pacific War site now has an updated version of the Excel editor for War In Russia.
The update isn't neccessary. It adds some functionality for the creative souls who enjoy creating scenerios. It fixes the problems pointed out by users via this board and email. And, it has several buttons for simplifying editing processes that can save the user hours in major editing projects.
