You had very be very careful when buying a game from this company. This company sold me panzer command which I downloaded. It has never worked. This is not like buying a game from a store they do not stand behind their product. You can lose all your money. I am going to check with the Colorado Secretary of State to see if they are authorized to transact business in Colorado. In any event I will start a small claims action in Colorado and take a default judgment. Matrix this problem will not go away!

Bruceov, please open a new thread where you describe the tech problems you have with the product. I'm sure we can help you out.

I don't know what leads you to think that we want to rip you off or that we do not stand behind our products. We have a large satiesfied customer base for years.

I'm not a computer expert I don't know how to do these things. THe game dosn't progress beyond the initial screen. The game will eventually be in EB. EB will give you your money back if it doen't run.

You will find two sticky threads in this forum that tell you how to get a DriectX dialog file and the Game log file.

We would like to give you support but we need some info from you to do so.

DirectX dialog:
tm.asp?m=1176885

Game Log:
tm.asp?m=1177153

Don't think so, once you open any PC software it is yours, if you could return PC games what would stop people from buying, ripping them and returning them.

You really should have thought before you posted your complaint, seems to me you have done nothing to solve the issue but only made it worse by whining about it without and grounds to do so..
