Matrix & NWS (What's up!)

I ordered Harpoon III through NWS almost a month ago, they are the only other vendor that sells Matrix Games. I got my other non-Matrix products from them with no problems. I keep reading (see link below) they are having problems getting the CD cased versions of products from Matrix. First it was the floods in the east, then Origns, and now problems with the CD vender, whats going on here?

Anybody else having problems getting CD cased version of Harpoon III or other Matrix games?

We did let NWS know that the games maybe delayed do to Origins convention.  The Harpoon 3: ANW didn't arrive until after we returned back from Origins and the game has really been selling well making supplies low.  It normally take 2 to 4 weeks for all of our resellers to get our boxed games from the day we release it as a digital download.
