Just installed the 1.202 patch without any problems. Playing the '40 Scenerio with SU, I can not move any of my units. When I select a unit and move the cursor to another region where I should be able to move, the cursor blinks really fast with the following text "1090519040" and will not allow the move. When I move the cursor to a region where I shouldn't be able to move, then it properly shows the "illegal move" text instead of the blinking number.

I restarted the scenerio with Germany and SU selected for human control. With Germany I can move all units as normal, but when I get to the SU turn I get the weird blinking number again. This is with all settings set to default.

The SU is frozen at the beginning of the 1940 scenario. Normally you can only move supply until you are at war.
