Re arty targetting cursor

Greetings Arjuna-- Re your suggestion of a week or so ago-------Just a quick check to find whether it is going to be feasible to mod the HTTR Arty cursor to the COTA version which is much more visible especiallly at night.

Sorry. I overlooked this. No we are not going to update this at this stage. The cursor used in COTA overcomes the problem, but it's not a separate bitmap file but an integrated resource. So it can't be readily updated.
