No not really down, i think they changed the URL as announced by DonMaddox, but i am not sure. Try these links:

For the toaw forum:

Though the links on the top don't work - they lead to the 'test page'

Looks like most people missed it also, it's quite calm over there.


Edit: The link from the start page to the forums seems to be dead too, to get into them use my first link.

The links definitely work. Don't know what's the problem with you. Could it be that your browser automatically redirects you to the strategyzoneonline.com adress?

try flushing your browser cache or try a different browser if you have more than one installed ?

That works, but then I can't post or log in.
 
I've dumped all internet files, history, etc. restarted my computer and I still get the testing page.
