best use of german airforce during blizzard of 1941

can anyone tell me the answer to the above subject please. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">
I focus all my best air groups on attacking any Russian breakthrus that are made along the front,while I have other air groups in the back areas training or upgrading from BF109E to F etc.
I keep a few panzer korps behind the lines along the front to attack the breakthrus after I have my air groups pound them.
