Shaun anyway to get a popup window

I am creating a top secret addin that I think may be pretty cool in theory anyway. Is there anyway I can create a pop up window like my own player card. Not a player card but I have quite a bit of text I need to display and the addin table is going to be pretty tight to get all the info in.
