In your opinion, do you find Maximum Football a tough challenge or a pushover as far as winning games and subsequently championships?

For Arcade play no

For setting up a profile and playing in coach mode yes

Fascinating.

Release 3 should improve on this, as there have been upgrades in the defensive logic AI.
 
I don't play much in arcade mode, but some of the other team members do.

                What about joystick controlling players? This is the problem FBP '98 had.

can you make it so that there are power pellets on the field?
 
if you player runs over the power pellets he gets special boost abilities
 
like my player will run fast or jump high or be able to run backwards

[font="Courier New"]I hate the power pellets idea, if a FB Game spent time putting that into their game, then it better be something one can turn off while creating leagues. I would be looking for a better game, sounds like something Madden NFL has already done (I think) and would consider again.[/font]

How tough the game is will likely be dependent somewhat on the quality of playbooks and gameplans set for the computer AI to follow.

No, I doubt power pellets would be considered for this game; this isn't Pac Man.
