Does pacwared21.xls still work with the 3.2 version? Is there a working editor around somewhere if not?

BTW, anyone still having Gedit (works for WiR too) ? Website is down and cannot find it on net.

Did anyone find a copy of pacwared21.xls?
I've only got a copy of pacwred13.xls and it doesn't work (unless you like crazy graphics)
I'd really appreciate if someone could send me a copy
