I had my machine crash and need really want to relaod Cota.
OK I still have my serial #. I apparently need to re download my copy of COTA. Where in my account under the members area would I do this?

ok Thanks did set my cookies to lowest possible settings. Delteled all my cookies and refreshed and rebooted. Have Nortons internet Security 2006 of which I shut down still no luck?

I would be very careful about shutting down any firewalls. Research has shown that it can take as little as a few minutes for an unsecured PC to get hacked on the Internet.

No doubt you have something monitoring/managing cookies and possible advertising. Some products (ie. SpySweeper) will also block unwanted content by modifying the HOSTS file (local TCP name resolution database). In which case, simply shutting down the utility will have no impact on changes which it made to the HOSTS file.

It can take as long as 30 seconds! If you're behind a NAT router I wouldn't worry. Otherwise you had better have a firewall up.
